Reservations + Gift Certificates & Panther Passes

Are reservations required?

Reservations are not required but are encouraged, especially for large parties or on weekends. Whether you save your spot or walk-in, just gather your coven and come recharge with some panther therapy.

What are your hours of operation?

The shop is open Wednesday-Sunday 11-7PM and the cat lounge is open Wednesday-Sunday 11-6PM.

Can we bring our kids?

We love being one of the only cat cafes that welcomes children, but there are some stipulations that come with that. Check out our Child Policy before booking your reservation if you’d like more information.

Children 10 & up are welcome with parental supervision during regular business hours. There should be one adult for every two children in the lounge at any given time. Teens 14 & up do not need adult supervision.

Got kids under 10? Every day we have specific “Kiddy” hours for families with young children. Choose that option when booking your reservation in order to enjoy the lounge with your younger kiddies! Additional children and parent passes are available.

Can we bring our cat or dog?

Please do not bring your cat or dog along. We have plenty of kitties for you to cuddle with and some of them may not do well with dogs. We know you wouldn’t want to stress out the panthers, so just leave your other fur babies at home.

When is the best time to visit the panthers?

Cats are crepuscular animals; meaning that they’re more active in the mornings and the evenings, with long naps in between. There may be times when you visit where the kitties are more active and playing, and others when they are sleeping peacefully but may still appreciate being petted and loved on. Just remember, cats do what they want when they want!

Is this location wheelchair accessible?

Yep! We have a ramp on the left side of the building that leads to our side door into the shop.

Are there public restrooms?

Yes, we do offer restrooms for our patrons.
